I’m now a mum to three smallish people all in double digits. How did that happen?
It really does only seem 5 minutes ago that my youngest was born and now he’s 10 and about to go into his final year of primary school.
Time really does fly by. Making these years count has become a priority for me. There are so many things I want to do as a family before any of them leave home.
When they are little you think you have all the time in the world. The days seem to go by a lot slower when I just had the one, then they start school and the days start to become shorter and fly by.
Anyway, I’ve already discussed how time is so limited as a family so please pop over and find out more.
Chemical Free Home
My thinking about the things we bring into our home has changed a lot over the past few years. I never really thought about the chemicals we use to clean our home, wash our clothes and fragrance the air. They are all chemicals. Have you ever really thought about the products we put on ours and our children’s skins? I mean really dug down and researched? I have only just scratched the surface of this are and Kate over at Kate on Thin Ice shares how we can replace some of these chemicals.
When we run our own business it can be easy to just sit back and let people find us. Although this can work for those of you who have a huge following but for many we have to hustle. Hustle day in and day out. Part of the hustle as a writer and blogger is to pitch to brands. This is something I am still learning about but for those of you who are pitching do you pitch daily and are you pitching right? Audrey over on Permission to Hustle shares how she generates business every single day. The hustle is real.
