With everyday a continual fight to get the bare minimum done, finding time to make sure you are looking after yourself can be quite difficult. Here we’ve found a couple of ways to look after your skin whilst you sleep!
- Super Soft Skin. Do you have really dry elbows and heels and no mater how often you moisturise them they never seem to get softer? Well have you tried apply the cream before bed and covering the areas with cotton socks to help the cream absorb deeper? Yes I am talking about your elbows being covered too! Simple cut of the toes of a new pair of cotton socks and slid over your elbows to help the moisturiser absorb in better.
- Sunkissed Skin. The best time to apple a self-tanner is before you go to bed as your skin absorbs more during the night when you boy is resting and restoring. Apply your self tan at least 30 minutes before going to bed to avoid staining fo your bedding.
- Beach Waves. I love beach waves but with dead straight hair it takes a lot of time for me to achieve this in the mornings but I have found a way to reduce this time. Before bed apply a small amount of product (either styling gel or cream) and plait your hair, ideally in a French plait or braid. In the morning remove the plait and run your fingers through the waves. Great no time morning hair style!
