    Taking Stock: March

    It’s the end of the month and time to take stock. I love writing these posts and they serve as a great reminder of all the good things that have come. I enjoy looking back and seeing what happened especially as I forget quite a lot of everything that goes on. Cooking: This yummy and healthy Chilli. Very popular in the tea room too!     That’s it. Half the years behind us and another half yet to come. I can remember when I was little thinking my birthday seemed to take ages to arrive, but now, it seems to be here before I’m ready.     How can it possibly be the last day of April? Where has this last month gone? You may or may not have noticed I have been AWOL for a while, well as usual, that has been down to life.  This week was the last week of lectures in my second year and in the run up to this, it has been a full on month with a group travel supplement publication, which was great to do but very stressful.
