This is especially so if you have coloured hair but there is a natural remedy that can help tame the dryness and leave your hair silky smooth. Fruit Smoothie Hair Mask Ingredients 1/2 Banana 1/4 Avocado 1/4 Canatloupe Melon 1 Tbsp Wheatgerm Oil 1 Tbsp Yoghurt Method Blend all the ingredients with a hand blender and apply to freshly washed hair. Leave for 15 minutes. Rinse very well with cool water until all the mask is out.
